Refund and Deposit Policy

At WebproX, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional services that meet your unique needs. To facilitate the planning and execution of your project effectively, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee at the time of engagement.

1. Deposit Requirements:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to confirm and secure your project. This deposit ensures that resources are allocated specifically for your project.
  • The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the services rendered.

2. Payment Terms:

  • The remaining balance of 50% is due upon completion of the project or as outlined in the service agreement.
  • Failure to remit the final payment may result in delays or suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients wishing to cancel their project must provide written notice to WebproX. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
  • In the event that WebproX must cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, will be issued.

4. Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have already commenced or for which deliverables have been provided.
  • Any request for refund or dispute must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the payment date for consideration.
